SHIPPING POLICY:
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, I can't ship to Germany due to updated packaging laws for sellers. Effective July 1st, all EU customers must pay VAT upon receiving their package due to new EU VAT laws.
All U.S. orders ship free when your order reaches $49
Your order will ship out within 5 business days of payment. Orders are shipped through USPS and will usually arrive within a week or two. International orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. I ship using First Class Package service; expedited shipping is available upon request.
Tracking numbers take up to 24 hours to be updated when email notifications are sent.
In an effort to be more eco-friendly, packaging materials are made of post-consumer use and are curb-side recyclable. Any shrink-wrapped plastic seen in packaging was from the manufacturer for the best protection.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
If you received missing or incorrect items in your order, contact me at shop@artoftangmo.com with your order number for a refund, replacement, or exchange with free shipping.
PRE-ORDERS:
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded since the funds are used to manufacture the product ordered

This shop is not responsible for errors made in the submitted shipping address, including, but not limited to recipient’s name. Please make sure the recipient’s name is legally registered to the place of residence. If you believe you made an addressing error, please contact me at shop@artoftangmo.com so we can work on a solution.
If the item is returned due faulty addressing, it is up to the customer to pay a secondary shipping price to have the item sent again. The customer may request for a refund (excluding shipping charges) upon reception of the returned item.
